Styling, Production & PR at Netflix’s Wednesday Season 3 Influencer Dinner

WORDS BY NFC STUDENT LEVI STODDART

Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to work with international creative agency RIZER on a project that felt like stepping straight into another world: the Wednesday Season 3 Influencer Dinner, part of the global press campaign for the series.

From the second I arrived, there was an energy in the room that was both electric and unforgettable. The event was designed to completely immerse guests in the dark, playful world of Wednesday. It was amazing to watch every little detail fall into place, from the gothic-inspired décor to the incredible lineup of influencers and tastemakers who attended.

I was lucky enough to take on a range of creative responsibilities that brought me right into the heart of the production. I had the chance to style eight waiters, making sure their looks seamlessly matched the aesthetic and integrated with the immersive experience for guests. I also worked across table and décor setup, helping transform the venue into a space that felt straight out of Nevermore Academy. On top of that, I acted as a liaison for entertainment and seating arrangements, ensuring performances ran smoothly and that every guest had the perfect spot to soak in the night.

What truly made the experience so memorable, though, was working with RIZER. They are not only an internationally respected creative powerhouse but also one of the most fun and engaging companies I’ve ever collaborated with. Despite the scale of the project, they made me feel like a real part of their team, and that sense of collaboration made the whole experience both inspiring and energising.

The highlight for me was seeing the influencers interact with the space and share their excitement in real time. Watching the event come to life on social media, knowing I had a hand in shaping it, was incredibly rewarding and a reminder of how powerful storytelling through live experiences can be.

Opportunities like this are rare and definitely not to be missed, naturally i'm very grateful to NFC for this opportunity. This experience not only sharpened my skills in styling, production, PR, and guest management but also cemented my passion for working at the crossroads of fashion, entertainment, and events. I’m beyond grateful to NFC for letting me be part of something so dynamic, creative, and unforgettable.
